  1. Can you tell me what the measurements are for the sizes, or at least the bust measurements to choose the size to make; and will this have any ease to it, positive, negative, or none? Thanks so much. This tunic is adorable. Have you made it in a cotton or bamboo blend?

    1. Thank you!

The bust of the tunic should fit snugly. With the sleeves being off the shoulder, the bust area should be tight enough to hold the shirt in place, but not so tight that it is uncomfortable. I hope that makes sense.

The bust measurements that I have are:
      XS
      S – 24″
      M – 28″
      L – 31″
      XL – 34″
      2X – 42″
      3X – 46″

If you need a different size than what is listed, let me know, and I will help work out the adjustments on the pattern!

  2. Thank you, this helps give me an idea of where I should be with the pattern, that if I substitute the yarn that when I adjust the hook that I’m back on track. I read through the pattern, and I think I understand. I’m thinking of using a cotton blend or bamboo yarn, depending on how close to your measurements, if it will be a dk or ww yarn. But if I get going, and I stumble, I might ask where my mistake might be while crocheting. Thank you so much, this is such as cute top. (That I wanted to make one for my daughter, that I could easily add straps so she wouldn’t feel self conscious that her top might slip, etc. She’s in middle school, so feeling comfortable means she’ll wear it. That this was just too cute and she agreed.) Thank you, for the pattern and again for taking the time to reply with measurements. (If I remember, I can send you a picture of the garment and if I did anything different. Really torn because I love simply soft but I like cotton/blend or bamboo/blend for warm weather tops, that I can send what I used.)
